Our peaceful and quiet setting is loved by our guests, and we ask that you respect this for the courtesy of everyone

• Please use headphones when listening to music.

• The pool and amenities are for guests only. Please do not invite others without prior permission from the hosts.

​

• The kitchen and storage room are NOT for guest use. Each room has its own refrigerator to keep your beverages cold.

• Pets are not allowed.

​

• Park in the designated area in front of the rooms. Do not park in the driveway or move the cones to park around the rear of the facility.

​

• Please stay within the perimeter of facility and we ask that you do not wander on to the property behind as it our private residence.

​

• There are two dogs who live on the property, Coco ( Blue Heeler) and Gurri (Jack Russell Terrier), Who re very friendly and keep unwanted visitors out. Gurri loves getting into cars, so please inspect your car before leaving or locking it up. Please do not feed them.

• Due to frequent power outages that occur in Panama we do not offer refunds for occurrences out of our control. we do have back up generators that will supply energy when it is needed.
